The Harbour and St Serf's Tower The beach at Dysart

An old painting of the Harbour at Dysart. You can see St Serf's tower in the background.

The Harbour today.

St Serf's tower dates from around the 7th century. It post-dates the caves in our garden by about two hundred years. As well as being part of the Church, it was used as a lookout point to apprehend smugglers who operated along the North Sea coast.
